Payment and returns
Payment is taken in full when you order, and production begins once we have confirmed the details with you. If your piece cannot be made as agreed, you are refunded in full. Your ring begins with you
Nothing waits in a warehouse. Once your order is confirmed, your ring is crafted in your size, in 18K gold or platinum, by the skilled hands of our manufacturing partner. Allow 6–8 weeks. Before it reaches you, we check it and send it from Stockholm.

All of our diamonds are lab-grown. A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined one — the same material, the same hardness, the same brilliance. The difference is how it comes to be: the stone is grown over a few weeks using CVD or HPHT technology instead of being mined.
Our quality
We select lab-grown diamonds in colour D–F and clarity VS or higher. D–F is the colourless top of the colour scale, and at VS clarity any inclusions are so small they can only be seen under 10× magnification, never with the naked eye. In everyday wear, our diamonds look just as clear and bright as those at the very top of the scale. You pay for the beauty you can see, not for differences only a microscope can reveal.

About the certificate
Every diamond of 0.5 ct and above comes with a certificate from IGI (International Gemological Institute), one of the world's leading independent gem laboratories. The certificate confirms that the diamond is lab-grown and states its carat weight, colour and clarity, and it can be verified online at igi.org. The exact grades of each diamond are stated on its certificate.
Smaller diamonds under 0.5 ct are not individually certified. For stones this small, the cost of a laboratory certificate can exceed the value of the diamond itself, so certifying them is not standard in the industry. They are of the same lab-grown quality and are checked by us before your piece leaves Stockholm.
