Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy from us online, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen).
14-day right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or someone you have appointed, received your order.
To withdraw, email us at hello@belovedbylindberg.com with your order number, or use our withdrawal form. Using the form is optional.
How to return your item
- Contact us before you return anything, so we can register your return.
- Return the ring with its IGI certificate, unworn and in its original packaging, to Beloved by Lindberg, Lingvägen 184, 123 61 Stockholm.
- Send the parcel tracked and insured — it is your responsibility until the ring reaches us.
Refunds
We refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return, or of you showing that the item has been sent back — whichever comes first.
Condition of the item
You may try the ring at home, as you would in a shop, but it must be returned unworn, undamaged and with its certificate. If the ring comes back damaged or without its certificate, we may make a deduction from the refund.
Return costs
You pay the cost of returning the item. We do not charge any administration fee.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
- All ring sizes offered in the normal product selector are standard sizes covered by the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke orders: rings engraved, altered to a personal specification, or made in a size agreed separately outside the sizes offered on the product page.
Faults and complaints
The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen). If something is wrong with your ring, read more in our Terms of Sale or contact us and we will help you.
