We are registered for VAT.

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. You see the exact price for your choice of metal and size on each product page before you order.

If you order from a country outside Sweden, the VAT rate of your country applies at checkout, as required by the EU's One-Stop-Shop rules. The total may therefore differ slightly from the price shown for Swedish customers.

You place your order in the web shop by choosing ring, metal and size and completing checkout.

A purchase agreement is made when we confirm your order by email. Payment is taken in full when you order.

Because every ring is made to order, production begins as soon as your order is confirmed. Read more under Production and delivery below.

A ring is only selectable in a metal if we currently offer that metal for the model.

You pay in checkout by card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna, through our payment provider Stripe. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

Nothing waits in a warehouse. Once your order is confirmed, your ring is crafted in your size, in 18K gold or platinum, by the skilled hands of our manufacturing partner. Allow 6–8 weeks.

Before it reaches you, we check it and send it from Stockholm. Shipping is free within the EU — see Shipping and delivery for details.

If a delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.

The risk for the item passes to you only when you, or someone you have appointed, receive it.

Your ring is made in the size you choose when ordering. If you are unsure of your size, read the Size Guide before you order.

All sizes offered in the normal product selector are standard sizes covered by the right of withdrawal. Only a size agreed separately, outside the sizes offered on the product page, is treated as bespoke.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy from us online, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen).

To withdraw, email us at hello@belovedbylindberg.com with your order number, or use our withdrawal form, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return the ring with its IGI certificate if one was included, unworn and in its original packaging. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the return.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke orders: rings engraved, altered to a personal specification, or made in a size agreed separately outside the sizes offered on the product page.

• All diamonds are lab-grown, D–F colour and VS clarity or higher. Diamonds from 0.5 ct are certified by IGI.
• Rings are made in 18K gold (white, yellow or rose) and platinum.
• Precious metal is hallmarked to Swedish requirements with our registered maker's mark, BL (Swedac).
• Product images show the ring as accurately as possible; colour and appearance may vary slightly between screens.

Swedish consumer sales law (konsumentköplagen) applies to all purchases. If something is wrong with your ring, contact us as soon as you discover the fault.

A fault that was present at delivery can be complained about for up to three years. We will repair, replace or refund, as agreed with you.

A ring that has been damaged in use, for example by wear or impact, is not a fault.

We can make your own ring to order — see Contact. Bespoke rings are made to your specification and a deposit is taken before production begins.

Because a bespoke ring is made to your particular specifications, it is not covered by the right of withdrawal. This is agreed with you in writing before production starts.

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR to fulfil your order and to keep our books. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.

Swedish law applies to this agreement.
